WILL MY FLOWERS LOOK JUST LIKE THE PICTURES?
Some changes might happen because of the season and flower availability, but the overall design will remain intact.
WHAT HAPPENS IF THE REPECIENT IS NOT AT THE DELIVERY LOCATION?
We call ahead to schedule the flower delivery with the recipient to ensure that they or someone else will be available to be receive the flowers due to inclement weather or the possibility they may be out of town.
WHERE DO WE DELIVER?
We deliver to Riverside, Redlands, Loma Linda, and parts of Orange County.
HOW DO I BOOK YOUR SERVICES?
We usually set up a call or video meeting, or send a questionnaire by email. After learning about your ideas and budget, we create a custom proposal and mood board. You will receive this proposal package by email within 1 to 3 business days after the initial consultation. You'll also get access to your workspace on our wedding and event platform, which allows you to track all communications and files to stay organized and ensure nothing is overlooked. Once all revisions are complete and you are satisfied with the final price, you can electronically sign your contract and make your deposit payment online or over the phone.

WEDDINGS
Contact us to schedule a consultation by phone, video call, or in-person at our studio. We will create a detailed proposal and mood board package for you. A 50% deposit is needed when you book. You will have a final review by phone, and the remaining balance is due thirty days before your wedding. Our design team will come to your venue on your wedding day to set up and deliver.
DAILY DELIVERIES
Choose a design online or by phone and place your order. You will get a confirmation by email or text. We will contact the recipient to arrange delivery. We create the floral arrangement and deliver it. A delivery confirmation and photo will be sent to you via email or text.
MEMORIAL OR FUNERAL
Choose a design on our website or by phone and place your order. You will get a confirmation via email or text. We will confirm the date and time of the service with the funeral home, church, or temple. We will design and deliver the floral arrangement to the service location one to two hours before it starts. You will receive delivery confirmation and a photo by email or text.
WONDERING WHAT FLOWERS ARE IN SEASON?
Many flowers, such as roses, orchids, chrysanthemums are always available. However some other varieties, such as peonies, sweet peas, ranunculus are only in season during certain times of the year. We will substitute comparable varieties when certain flowers are out of season. Please rest assured that we only use the highest quality flowers in all of our designs, even when substitutions are necessary.
WHICH FLOWERS ARE IN SEASON FOR MY WEDDING DATE?
Our design team will consider which flowers are best for your wedding florals. Often, we can import them from South America, Holland, or Japan. We would love to have an in-depth discussion with you and tailor your wedding flower choices to your budget and wholesale availability.
DO YOU SET UP THE FLORAL DESIGNS FOR THE WEDDING AND RECEPTION?
Delivery, set up, installation, and breakdown/strike at the end of the night are our specialties! We will include all the fees for these services when we provide your customized proposal and mood board.
DO YOU TRAVEL FOR EVENTS?
Yes, absolutely! We generally work throughout Southern and Central California but also travel out of state if booked far enough in advance. Let's talk and plan the next adventure!
